Productivity & Office Skills

This area focuses on practical workplace and personal productivity. Learners are trained to use tools like word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software. They learn to create professional documents such as CVs, reports, flowcharts, and presentations, while also exploring how to use spreadsheets for tasks like budgeting and data organisation.

Digital Communication & Career Readiness

Participants develop strong email writing and communication skills, including how to create, send, and manage professional emails. They also learn how to design professional CVs and cover letters, equipping them with the digital skills necessary for job applications, career development, and workplace success.

Practical Digital Skills for Everyday Life

Learners are supported in applying technology to real-world scenarios such as managing finances with spreadsheets, creating effective presentations, and organizing personal or community projects.
